Charlotte, her mom Patsy and sweet Cameron arrived on Monday!  Lori and I were so excited to meet this beautiful little one, and she is as precious in person as she is in the photos.

It was also a good week for construction as we poured 90 yards of concrete on Monday. Monday was a good day.  A good day, indeed.

We’re almost caught up on the back log as we finally poured the tower villa and the slab for the upper 1BR villa.

The forms are finally filled with concrete and on March 21st, the concrete will be cured sufficiently to strip off the forms and the villa will be ready for the installation of the exterior doors and windows.  One more pour left on this one after the actual tower and platform have been formed .

The base of the tower.. One more story left.

After only a few days, we were able to reclaim all of the forms from the cistern pour from last week.  The crew has been removing the interior snap-ties and sealing the holes.  A nice coat of sealant and this massive cistern will be ready to hold some serious water.  Next step on this one, the floor slab.

Cistern is ready for sealing

Bruce, Sheraz and the crew have been using the reclaimed wood to form the roof and walls of the 2nd Poolside Villa.

The crew has also been working on getting the pool ready for its next pour.  The outer wall of the equipment room is nearing completion.  The top of the semi-circle structure is actually the bottom of the pool.
