Calichi’s 1.67 acres is approximately 1190 feet above the Caribbean Sea making it the highest residence on St. John. Actually, only the communications tower on Bordeaux Mountain is taller, and it’s only by some 85 feet.
Residences
Our property is made up of 6 villas, an immense central pool & hot tub area all accessed by an upper and lower driveway as well as a stairwell from each villa. We are just under 7 mile drive from Cruz Bay and a 1 mile drive down to Coral Bay.
The center of the property is a large common area with more panoramic views, a 65 foot lap infinity pool, custom stainless steel hot tub, covered dining area, outdoor grill, covered lounge area, wet bar, 2 outdoor showers, large putting green, landscaped yoga/exercise lawn, as well as a shared bathroom.
